We’re Off
We leave tomorrow morning for South Asia via Dallas and London. We managed to fit everything in four suitcases and two carry-ons. It is an enormous amount of luggage, but not too bad for two people who are leaving for a year. I would say 90% of what we are bringing is bath products and toiletries. What does that say about the Martins? At least we will smell good.
Saying goodbye to everyone has been a bit exhausting, but also encouraging. We are leaving with so much support behind us. I am feeling a little bit under the weather, so please pray that I won’t start this adventure sick! Otherwise, we’ll check in when we’re on the other side of the world!
