Kyle has been an associate at Wiley Rein, LLP, in Washington, D.C., and Mulcahy, LLP, a franchise litigation boutique in Irvine, California. He has represented international franchisors in federal and state court litigation and government contractors in investigations by the United States Department of Justice. Kyle has also negotiated licensing agreements for Fortune 500 technology companies and small to midsize development-stage companies, including negotiating agreements in connection with a multi-billion dollar FCC-mandated spectrum reconfiguration. Kyle is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and Bob Jones University. Kyle is a member of the California Bar and an associate member of the State Bar of Virginia.
Erica Little Martin grew up in Southern California and graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science, cum laude. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her juris doctor from the George Mason University School of Law in 2007, where she wrote on the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and worked in the Clinic for the Legal Assistance of Service Members. While completing her legal education, she worked as a Legal Policy Analyst at The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Legal and Judicial Studies in Washington D.C. After graduation, she returned to San Diego, where she practiced environmental law. She has been a member of the California Bar since June, 2008.
